You don’t hear a lot of electronic music that is inspired by western music and blues. Maybe that’s because those music styles are somewhat out of fashion – or maybe it’s simply because very few people dare to try.

Inspired by my recent trip to the desert and also by the video game “Borderlands”, I decided to give it a try. This mix blends house beats with blues guitars, harmonicas, banjos and other instruments that will take you on a musical journey:
