Meat Katie – “7 Year Itch”

It might look like there’s not much happening on Sweet Headache right now. While it’s true that a couple of things have been keeping me busy in the last couple of days, we actually have a few things coming up in the near future.

So while Sweet Headache is far from dead, it’s actually great timing that Hailey from Lot49 Rec. wrote me about a new compilation today. That gives me a good opportunity to post some fresh content here and support good music while doing that.

Meat Katie has just compiled a nice exclusive set of Tech Funk tracks and released that as a mix. You can also get the individual tracks on Beatport. What I like about this particular style is that it doesn’t make a difference between straight and broken beats as long as it rocks. If you are into funky and rough electronic sounds, you will probably like this.
